For my senior project in Public Sculpture class, I created a stained glass sculpture that would complement the Archives Office in my college library. Recognizing the need to enhance the space without overpowering it, I designed six panels of rainbow-colored, organic-shaped stained glass for the office's large windows. This experience taught me valuable lessons in patience, meticulous planning, and the balance between artistry and functionality in public spaces. It emphasized the importance of creating art that enriches its environment while respecting its surroundings and purpose.
